This role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and collaboration with Account Managers and Producers. Onboarding new clients and processing policy changes are key tasks in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization are essential for daily servicing.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in insurance or client service is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and general account maintenance
• Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues
• Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow-up
• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
