Job summary

Orion International in Phoenix, AZ invites an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day calibration and repair laboratory. This leadership role demands technical excellence, customer focus, and a track record of delivering results in a regulated environment.

You will manage lab operations, own P&L, oversee staff, drive efficiency, and coordinate with sales and leadership on strategic initiatives. A PMEL or equivalent training and 10+ years in calibration & repair are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Calibration & Repair industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the calibration and repair laboratory.
• Own P&L, budgets, and variable expenses.
• Oversee technical and administrative staff including supervisors.
• Drive efficiencies to reduce costs and improve service.
• Maintain ISO/IEC 17025, UKAS, KEMA accreditations.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
• Support regional leadership on strategic initiatives.
