SIMCO Electronics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day calibration and repair laboratory activities. You will lead technical operations, customer service, shipping/receiving, quality reps, and drivers, guiding staff and working with customers and sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a technical service group.
• Minimum 4 years supervising teams.
• 2+ years in P&L management and budgeting.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Experience in calibration/repair industry preferred.
• Ability to guide and develop staff.

• Lead laboratory operations to meet budget and P&L targets.
• Supervise technical and administrative staff.
• Maintain accreditation scope and pursue expansion.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and support sales.
• Manage lab assets and maximize utilization.
