Boutique Recruiting seeks a California-licensed attorney specializing in Cal/OSHA and employment litigation for a dedicated associate role in San Francisco. The position focuses on workplace safety matters, pleading, discovery, and motion practice within a collaborative Firm environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of employment litigation or OSHA experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to managing multiple matters in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation or OSHA experience.
• Cal/OSHA, federal OSHA, or workplace safety enforcement experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions.
• California Bar admission and strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong judgment and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 50%+ of practice to the Workplace Safety Practice Group.

Salary Range: $170,000 -$270,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 50%+ of practice to the Workplace Safety Practice Group
• Handle employment litigation involving workplace safety and related employment matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
• Develop case strategy and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
