Job summary

Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with at least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience who is interested in dedicating at least 50% of their time to supporting the firm's Workplace Safety Practice Group.

We will consider candidates in any of our California office locations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, and retirement options. The yearly salary range for this position is $170,000 – $270,000.

Qualifications

• At least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience.
• Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in our California offices.

Job description

Experience with workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans is preferred, even if limited.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
