Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a detail-focused Baker Assistant to help produce high-quality cakes daily. You will follow NbC recipes, prepare ingredients, and operate commercial bakery equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the Bakery Manager and team to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Flexibility to work varied shifts is required, with opportunities to grow within the bakery and contribute to joyous celebrations for our guests.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• No formal education required, prior bakery/foodservice experience a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Uses measuring instruments and bakery equipment to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, loads pans into ovens and monitors timing.
• Packages, labels and stores baked cakes; maintains logs for baking and refrigeration.
• Assists in development of cake production plan and monitors inventory of baking supplies.
