Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Baker works with the Baker to ensure high-quality cakes for guests while meeting production demands. They follow proprietary recipes, production methods, and food safety standards, contributing to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

The role involves assisting with ingredient prep, packaging, labeling, storage, and maintaining logs. Flexibility to support various shifts is expected, as NbC emphasizes teamwork and safety across the production floor.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; bakery or foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes precisely and meet production goals.
• Operate commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment.
• Assist baker with preparing raw ingredients and placing pans into hot ovens.
• Assist with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Maintain proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes and rotation of products.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation; support next shift.
