Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes following our proprietary recipes and strict safety standards. You will work on a fast-paced production line, measuring ingredients, mixing, baking, and packaging.

You will monitor ovens, maintain logs, and support the Bakery Manager with planning and inventory. Candidates must be 18+, with prior bakery/foodservice experience as a plus, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.
• Follow proprietary recipes, procedures, and safety rules.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial ovens and mixers safely.
• Prepare ingredients and monitor the baking process.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes properly.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
• Ensure NbC standards and report quality issues.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and logs.
