Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes in the United States is seeking a Baker to produce high-quality cakes according to proprietary NbC recipes while upholding safety and efficiency standards. You will support production demands, monitor bake times, and ensure clean, organized workspaces.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; prior bakery experience is a plus. Must be 18+; training provided.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience is required; prior Baker or bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Use measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment, place pans in oven and monitor baking.
• Pack, label, and store baked cakes; maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
• Evaluate ingredients and cakes for NbC standards and report quality issues.
• Clean, sanitize and restock workstation; prep supplies for next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
