• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, select pastry, and special-order items.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures to meet demand and keep records.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist team members.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow safety standards.
