Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Specialist for CAIP to own and develop Arrow’s CAIP strategy, working with Partner Development Managers, Microsoft, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive reseller activation and programme execution across Microsoft CAIP.

You will build relationships, enable partners with structured plays and campaigns, manage a marketing budget, and coordinate cadence meetings to align to CAIP priorities and FY metrics.

Qualifications

• Relationship management with partners and vendors in a tech ecosystem.
• Experience working with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure and AI solutions.
• Ability to run structured partner motions, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Arrow’s CAIP solution area specialist, owning the execution of Microsoft CAIP plays in line with KPIs and frameworks.
• Engage with Microsoft CAIP stakeholders through cadence calls, planning sessions, QBRs, and joint reviews.
• Drive new customer and workload acquisition for Microsoft CAIP through indirect channel partners.
• Enable reseller partners to position and sell CAIP solutions through campaigns and GTM motions.
• Own and manage a dedicated marketing budget, delivering Microsoft-aligned campaigns, webinars, and events.
