Arrow in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Microsoft AI Business Process Lead to own the strategy for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform and turn it into repeatable, country-ready offerings.
You will align with the AI Business Solutions Lead, coordinate with Microsoft and country teams, and drive adoption through campaigns, enablement, and packaged services across regions.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and how a value-added distributor operates.
- Experience building go-to-market motions, sales enablement or channel programs.
- Strong programme and project management across multiple countries.
- Excellent stakeholder management across an international organisation.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for the AI Business Process pillar and translate it into a prioritized plan.
- Align with Microsoft and internal/external stakeholders to agree joint strategy and investments.
- Build frameworks and go-to-market motions for repeatable offerings across countries.
- Drive country adoption as the central contact for country teams and partners.
- Lead marketing campaigns for the pillar in coordination with Marketing and Microsoft.
- Skill up teams and partners with enablement on AI Business Process products.
