Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Pre-Sales Architect to join our Cloud team, focusing on cloud services with emphasis on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace. The role involves independent work, engaging with Microsoft Partners, and driving revenue through strategic technical engagements.

You will build solutions, train partners, and help shape the technical roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling win-ready offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace.
• Familiarity with AWS and related vendor programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate reseller needs, drive sales execution and develop opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal teams, vendors and regional staff.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for vendors’ products and services.
• Conduct partner meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge.
