Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort Medford is seeking a Cage Supervisor to lead daily cage operations with precision and professionalism. You will balance accuracy, security, and guest service while maintaining records and collaborating with bankers and cashiers.

The role requires supervisory experience, cash handling expertise, and strong writing and communication skills. Weekend/evening availability is expected in a fast-paced casino environment with a focus on hospitality.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year cage, banking, or other acceptable cash handling experience.
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience required.
Proficient ability to operate MS Office.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee cage operations during your designated shift to ensure smooth processes.
Review paperwork on shift for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with cage procedures.
Schedule staff to deliver excellent guest service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Assist Main Bankers and Cashiers to support daily cage operations.
Maintain accurate Title 31 information in compliance with regulations.
Promote integrity, teamwork, and hospitality within the team.
