Qualifications

• Strong math and reconciliation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead and guide team members in fast-paced or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance and engagement.
• Monitor and support daily cage operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Supervise cashier windows, main bank, and satellite banks during assigned shifts.
• Ensure proper handling of currency, coins, chips, forms, keys, and patron instruments.
• Provide frontline support for player club services and promotional inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and property offerings to support guests and staff.
