Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily Cage operations, safeguard assets, and ensure internal controls and gaming regulations are followed. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to address irregularities quickly.

Responsibilities include supervising Cage staff, maintaining currency/inventory controls, documenting transactions, and supporting training and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and multiple shift start times based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Cage Team Members and daily Cage activities.
• Maintains control and accurate inventory of currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documentation.
• Ensures Cage transactions and activities are properly documented and completed accurately.
• Maintains records to support Cage operations and internal controls.
• Assists Cage Shift Manager with evaluation, training, and development of Cage personnel.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, and other personnel matters as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding internal activities and financial information.
• Identifies and reports irregularities per established procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
