Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa seeks a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily cash operations and ensure secure, compliant cage activities. You will supervise staff, balance transactions, and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires 1–5 years of progressive cage management experience, strong math and supervisory skills, and full compliance with gaming regulations. On-site work with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Daily supervision of Cash Operations.
• Assumes responsibility for the cage operation in the absence of the Shift Manager - Cage.
• Responsible for control and account activities within the assigned shifts.
• Monitors compliance with IGC regulations and adherence to company cage policies.
• Promotes good customer relations and provides excellent customer response to complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
