Job summary

Fresca, LLC is hiring a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily cage operations across cashier windows, banks, and audits. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure transaction accuracy, and uphold compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.

You’ll troubleshoot operational issues, support guest services, and maintain shift documentation. The role requires leadership, strong math skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a casino cage environment, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong math and reconciliation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cage operations during assigned shifts, including cashier windows and banks.
• Ensure currency, coins, chips, forms, keys handling with accountability and security.
• Balance end-of-shift transactions and reconcile variances; escalate discrepancies to Cage Management.
