Hard Rock Casino Tejon seeks an experienced Cage Shift Manager to oversee the Cage department during their shift, directing cash operations to optimize efficiency and profitability. The role emphasizes safeguarding assets and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years’ progressive cage department supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, and/or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, develop and review policies and procedures to ensure operational requirements are met or enhanced.
• Maintain awareness of gaming operation and comply with policies to secure assets.
• Manage Cage & Coin department employees, enforcing adherence to policies and procedures and asset security.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls and that new policies follow guidelines.
• Ensure staff have tools and information to operate and participate in training and performance reviews.
• Maintain a teamwork-focused environment with feedback, recognition and satisfaction.
