Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a skilled Cage Supervisor to oversee all Cage activities during the shift, balance the main bank, and ensure accurate end-of-shift reconciliation. The role includes acting as cashier when needed and delivering a Five Star Experience to guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or GED) required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Balance Cage Main Bank and daily cage balances.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain asset security.
• Supervise Cage Supervisors, Main Bankers and CSRs to ensure policy adherence.
• Investigate window overages/shortages and report findings to Cage Manager.
• Maintain communications with Directors and Supervisors and assist with training and development.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (MICS/TICS) in daily cage operations.
