The role requires strong communication, leadership, and integrity, with expectations to maintain guest service standards and safeguarding of company assets across all cage areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a high-pressure/fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests according to standards.
• Maintain knowledge of casino operations and answer guest questions.
• Conduct informational pre-shift meetings with employees.
• Handle monetary transactions including cash exchanges and check cashing.
• Balance funds and assets at end of shift.
• Train employees in Cage operations and procedures.
• Enforce AML program requirements and related regulations.
• Supervise cage operations and staff during assigned shift.
• Prepare weekly team member schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Communicate important information to staff and resolve issues.
