Eataly Corporate is seeking a Senior Manager for Caffe Operations to drive excellence across locations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for team performance, guest experience, and financial results.

You will ensure consistent execution of operational procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in hospitality, a proven track record of developing teams, and a passion for Italian food and beverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-volume hospitality or restaurant management.
• 3+ years of multi-unit experience in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Experience leading customer-facing operations to deliver strong guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of assigned Eataly Caffè locations.
• Develop management teams and ensure operational standards.
• Own operational and financial performance, including revenue and labor costs.
