Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Café Lead for our new Eataly Caffè in New York. The role focuses on hospitality, delivering Italian coffee culture, and leading both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to provide exceptional experiences.

You will supervise café operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage inventory and labor, and train staff while representing the brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supervising a café or quick service operation.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations to ensure high quality guest service and safety standards.
• Leads by example to motivate and train Café team members.
• Manages labor, inventory, and shift administration including opening/closing duties.
• Operates the POS system with accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Represents the store to the community and guests.
