Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, evaluates and terminates inmate food service employees.
• Trains and instructs all employees in duties.
• Supervises personnel in daily duties.
• Maintains internal security of cafeteria.
• Works with inmate representative committee to resolve problems.
• Prepares cook's worksheet and maintains records.
• Meets health, fire and OSHA inspections.
• Ensures maintenance/repairs on cafeteria equipment.
