IDEA Public Schools in Brownsville, TX seeks a Cafeteria Assistant Manager to assist the Cafeteria Manager in guiding the campus CNP team. You will monitor food production quality, place orders, manage inventories, and support data entry and payments while upholding USDA and state standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Experience: 2+ years in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• License: Valid Texas driver’s license required (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Direct the team to execute the approved menu 100% every day.
• Ensure every student participating in the meal program takes a reimbursable meal.
• Ensure all methods of counting and claiming are compliant.
• Enter all counts correctly into internal trackers and PrimeroEdge.
• Review and submit employees timesheets every Tuesday for accurate biweekly pay.
