Job summary

As a Café Team Expert, you will master barista operations, mentor team members, and model proactive, energetic leadership. Flexibility to work early mornings through late evenings, including weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the café team and develop knowledge to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Identify and connect data to impact sales, trends, waste, inventory and profitability.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement café action plans and achieve results.
• Demonstrate expert barista skills and maintain food/beverage standards and displays.
• Coach team on loss prevention, safety, and de-escalation of challenging situations.
• Meet regularly with the Store Manager to review café performance and opportunities.
