Barnes & Noble bookstore in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Café Team Expert to lead the cafe team, develop staff knowledge, and create a welcoming environment for customers. You will analyze data to impact sales, waste, inventory and profitability, and present viable strategies in partnership with the Store Manager.

As you gain experience, you will coach others, manage inventory, maintain display standards, and support the broader cluster. You may work at other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
