• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and adapt cafe strategies.
• Coach team on loss prevention, safety, and de-escalation of incidents.
• Manage inventory and monthly waste logs; ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising and fast, accurate POS operations.
