• Lead café team and develop staff knowledge to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Identify data to impact sales, trends, waste, inventory and other components.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement and adapt café action plans to drive results.
• Coach team to follow loss prevention procedures and maintain store safety.
• Manage inventory through food and beverage orders and monthly logs.
