Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. seeks a Café Team Expert to lead the café team in a busy store environment. You will develop knowledge, coach staff, and ensure welcoming service while collaborating with the Store Manager to drive café performance.

You will master drink preparation, merchandising, fast register operation, and loss prevention, contributing to sales and profitability across the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Lead café team and develop knowledge to create a welcoming environment.

• Operate efficient register and coach on speed of service.
• Apply bookselling skills to support the bookfloor team when available.
• Coach loss prevention and maintain a safe bookstore.
• Manage inventory and submit monthly logs on time.
