Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage.
- Strong people skills and ability to coach a team.
- Knowledge of cafe operations, barista skills, and coffee culture.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of scheduling, inventory, and POS systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a host to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Lead from the floor by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage preparation, and service; ensure health & safety compliance.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures and help drive business growth with efficient scheduling.
