Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. is seeking a Cafe Team Leader to join the Olympia Coffee Retail Team and supervise a team of baristas in operating the cafe. You will report to the Retail Director and drive the cafe’s operational and financial success.

The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional coffee and hospitality, and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked environment while collaborating with the Retail Trainer for ongoing staff development.

Qualifications
