Job summary

La Colombe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be the right hand to the General Manager, guiding daily operations and fostering an environment where guests and team members feel welcome. You’ll partner with the GM to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing cafe team focused on exceptional service and coffee quality.

This role requires leadership in fast-paced settings, coaching the team, managing opening/closing, schedules, and ensuring health and safety standards while driving

Qualifications

• Previous Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage.
• Strong people skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Knowledge of cafe operations, barista skills, or a passion for coffee culture.
