Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI is seeking a Café Supervisor for the Isle of Capri Café. You will oversee daily café operations, lead and train team members, and ensure exceptional guest service across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining product quality, managing inventory, and supporting scheduling and cash handling. This is a full-time, on-site role within a high-volume resort environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily café operations and assist with opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, and support café attendants to ensure exceptional guest service
• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Assist with preparing coffee drinks (including lattes), cold beverages, sandwiches, and pizzas as needed
• Handle guest concerns or service issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain inventory levels of café supplies, bakery items, and food products
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the café
• Balance registers and oversee end-of-shift cash handling procedures
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily team communication
