Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and support café attendants to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist with preparing coffee drinks (including lattes), cold beverages, sandwiches, and pizzas as needed.
• Handle guest concerns or service issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels of café supplies, bakery items, and food products.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the café.
• Balance registers and oversee end-of-shift cash handling procedures.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily team communication.
