Job summary

Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience and strong work ethic, with preference for prior food service supervisory roles. The manager reports to Water Park Director and Parks and Recreation Director and oversees vendor relations and staff training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with all operations related to water park operation and food service.
• Ensure cleanliness of café inside and out with high hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Order products and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers.
• Oversee the café and food service operations at the water park.
• Supervise staff, including training and addressing performance issues.
• Supervise entire staff employed by the water park.
• Lead team members through instruction and by example.
• Ensure safety in all areas of the cafe.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Assist with all operations related to water park operation and food service
• Cleanliness of café, both inside and out, in regards to excellent hygiene and service
• Ensure excellent customer service for all patrons
• Ordering of product and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers
• Overall operation of the café and food service at the water park
• Supervision of staff, including training and performance issues
