Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring food quality and speed of service, leading the shift, assisting with scheduling, and handling light food preparation as needed. Night and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs routinely.
• Ability to stand/move around the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader, providing customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items and serve professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
