Café Yumm! in the greater Portland, OR area is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead one location and inspire teams to deliver a remarkable guest experience.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certificate and Oregon Food Handler Permit or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant industry with at least 1 year in management.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff across all restaurant stations and maintain service standards.
• Order, receive, and manage food and supplies.
• Supervise cash handling, safety, and deposits.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed.
• Address guest feedback and drive sales and profitability.
• Manage labor, COGS, and other KPIs to optimize profitability.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage.
