Café Yumm! is seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager for a location in the greater Portland, OR area. You will lead the team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and help drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and restaurant experience, or substantial industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in restaurant industry including supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train team on all stations: cashier, line, prep, grill, hot bar.
• Order, receive, and account for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Count cash drawers and manage safe deposits.
• Hire, train, develop, counsel, and discipline Team Members as needed.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
• Drive sales and profitability, monitor labor and costs.
• Assist with schedule writing and coverage.
