Café Yumm! in the Portland area is hiring a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead one of our locations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on supporting a strong team, delivering great guest experiences, and building career growth within Café Yumm!

Responsibilities include training staff, managing orders and inventory, handling scheduling, and driving sales while maintaining quality and core values. An Associate degree is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work any shift, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Long hours when needed – 8 to 12 hours daily, about 45 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Train team across restaurant stations (cashier, deli, grill, etc).
• Order, receive, and manage food, equipment, and supplies.
• Count cash drawers, safety, and deposits.
• Hire, train, develop, counsel, and discipline Team Members as needed.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
• Drive restaurant sales and profitability.
• Manage labor, costs of goods, supplies, and service speed.
• Assist with schedule writing and shift coverage.
