Café Yumm! is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead one of our Portland-area locations. You will oversee operations, ensure food safety, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while guiding a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading restaurant teams and maintaining high standards of safety, service, cleanliness, and food presentation.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to train others across multiple stations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Train team across all stations including cashier, bar, dishwasher, and food prep.
• Order, receive, and account for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Count cash drawers, maintain safes, and run deposits.
• Hire, train, develop, counsel, discipline, and terminate team members.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
• Drive sales and profitability of the restaurant.
• Manage labor, COGS, supplies, and speed of service.
• Maintain schedules, timecards, and break compliance; arrange shift coverage.
