Job summary

Eataly’s QSR Lead oversees daily operations at the quick service counters, ensuring smooth service and high hospitality standards. You will supervise staff, train team members, and manage inventories while upholding quality and food safety guidelines.

The role requires extensive guest interaction, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to deliver excellent service and seamless shift coverage, with opportunities for growth within the QSR management structure.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in food service is required.
• High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Ability to handle money accurately and provide friendly guest service.
• Knowledge of coffee production and Italian cuisine/beverage is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and run day-to-day operations of QSR counters.
• Train, motivate, mentor and organize team members.
• Monitor inventory and distribute supplies to the department.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate accounting.
• Schedule shifts and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Document and resolve guest incidents; handle escalations as needed.
