Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a QSR Lead to supervise day-to-day operations across quick service counters. You’ll oversee staff, ensure hospitality standards, manage inventory, and assist with scheduling while maintaining top guest experiences in a fast-paced marketplace.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of lead experience in food service, strong money-handling skills, and knowledge of coffee and Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
• Math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Strong knowledge of steps of service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee production.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady leadership presence on the floor with guests and team.
• Train, motivate, mentor and organize team members.
• Purchase supplies, beverages and equipment as directed.
• Monitor inventory, check orders and distribute supplies.
• Manage transactions and ensure accurate accounting.
• Record shift notes and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards; document and resolve guest incidents.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
