Eataly is seeking a Quick Service Restaurants Lead to supervise the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters. Reports to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Managers; supervises QSR Sales Associates and Baristas.

You will maintain high hospitality standards, train and motivate the team, and manage supplies, inventory, and cash handling while ensuring quality and safety compliance. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Competenze

Lead or supervisory experience in food service (2+ years).
Strong math and money handling skills.
Knowledge of steps of service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of coffee production.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages preferred.

Mansioni

Maintain a steady leadership presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members and vendors to ensure operations run smoothly and hospitality standards are met.
Train, motivate, mentor and organize team members.
Purchase supplies, beverages and equipment per the direction of the QSR General Manager.
Monitor inventory, check orders and distribute supplies as needed throughout the department.
Manage transactions and ensure accurate accounting.
Record shift notes and assist with scheduling and administrative duties as needed.
Ensure department complies with quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
Document, investigate and resolve guest incidents.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
