You will supervise staff, manage inventory and ordering, schedule shifts, and uphold company recipes, portions and sanitation standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who trains employees, maintains customer service excellence, and works as part of the management team to meet budget and service goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role in food service.
• Commitment to quality service and food knowledge.
• Awareness of health and sanitation laws.
• Serv-Safe certification strongly preferred.
