Continental Services is seeking a Food Service Lead for CCS Taubman Cafe in Detroit. The role supervises daily operations, leads staff, manages inventory, ordering, scheduling, and client relations, ensuring recipes and service meet quality standards.

Reporting to Krystal Stamper, you will oversee kitchen labor, food cost, and deposits, while maintaining safety and sanitation in a high-volume cafe environment. Full-time, hourly pay $19-20.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a leadership role in food service.
• Serv-Safe certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation laws (local/state/federal).
• College/culinary training or equivalent experience.
• Experience with online ordering, weekly inventory, P&L, and client relations preferred.

• Prepares daily production list.
• Ensures stations are stocked before and during service.
• End of day deposits and drawer counting.
• Verifies recipes and portions.
• Keeps kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Place food and supply orders as directed.

• Set high customer service and work examples.
• Participate in management team as a member.
