Bon Appetit is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee café execution, scheduling, and catering coordination across Bellevue locations. This role provides visible leadership during service, trains staff, and ensures smooth handoffs when the general manager is engaged elsewhere.

You will coordinate catering events, manage safety and sanitation, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring operational follow-through and effective communication with culinary and events teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in cafe/retail food service operations.
• Strong coordination skills for catering events and staffing.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible management coverage during cafe setup, service, and closing.
• Schedule staff and oversee daily cafe operations and staffing.
• Coordinate catering events from intake to completion and prepare BEOs.
• Coordinate catering support for events and manage event-related rentals and vendors.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to company policies across shifts.
