Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead Starbucks licensed store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee Lead Baristas and Baristas, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach the team, manage inventory and scheduling, monitor KPIs, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a positive culture focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience in QSR or cafe preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional fluency in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Train and coach baristas to prioritize safety, adhere to standard work procedures, and maintain productivity.
• Ensure financial success by meeting budget targets for productivity, labor, and other expenses, contributing to profitability.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, analyzing reports to interpret and enforce procedures.
