Gopuff is seeking a Multi-Unit Cafe Manager to oversee Starbucks licensed locations in a multi-site portfolio. You will lead Lead Baristas and Baristas, ensuring operational consistency and delivering a top-tier customer experience across cafes.

The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, drive, and the ability to balance site needs with market-level strategy. You will coach teams, optimize performance, and uphold Starbucks brand standards across all units.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multi-unit leadership in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience in cafe/coffee-focused environments.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven coaching across multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple locations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive KPIs such as Production Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order across your portfolio.
• Train and coach site leads and baristas on safety, standard work, and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and other expenses to support site profitability.
• Maintain compliance with company, Starbucks, and legal regulations using reports and dashboards.
• Implement and monitor Safety and HR compliance measures across all units.
• Develop localized action plans aligned with company strategy and standards.
• Create and support strategies to improve safety, culture, and financial results at the multi-site level.
• Oversee daily operations and staffing to cover peak hours and weekends across all cafes.
• Use data analysis and site visits to inform decisions improving customer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Regional/Area Managers on scheduling and forecasting tools.

Gopuff is seeking a Multi-Unit Cafe Manager to join the Starbucks Operations team. We are looking for a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader. This role is an exciting and fast-paced opportunity within Gopuff that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge.

As a Multi-Unit Cafe Manager, you will lead a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas across two or more Starbucks licensed store locations within a market. You’ll bring previous experience in multi‑site leadership within a dynamic retail or hospitality environment, understanding how to balance individual site needs with broader market‑level strategy. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, driving business results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all assigned cafes.

Ultimately, the success of multiple operations will rest on your shoulders and be determined by your ability to execute, coach, and effectively lead diverse teams while optimizing performance and maintaining the integrity of the Starbucks brand

• Oversee daily operations and staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and weekends at all cafes.
• Utilize data analysis and site visits to inform decisions that improve the customer experience and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with Regional and Area Managers to manage labor and implement scheduling and forecasting tools efficiently.
• Drive excellence in execution and business outcomes by implementing new initiatives, coaching team leads, and fostering a performance‑driven culture across your stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multi‑unit leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail, including at least 1 year of experience in a cafe or coffee‑focused environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing cross‑functional teams across multiple sites.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong understanding of sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, Google Suite, and business analytics tools.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment while maintaining focus on performance and team development.
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and results.
