Gopuff is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead the Starbucks licensed store operations. You will manage a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas in a fast-paced retail setting, driving profitability and delivering a standout customer experience.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in a cafe or QSR, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience, 1 year in QSR or cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus.
• Leadership with the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Coach baristas to prioritize safety and productivity while following standard work.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, analyzing reports as needed.
• Monitor safety protocols and HR compliance, conducting quality assurance reviews.
• Develop action plans to improve facility performance and adopt company programs.
